Custom Items: Custom-designed items will take 2-4 weeks to create and produce. After production, items will be shipped within 24 hours. All orders will receive a tracking number. Custom items will be sent to our jewelry designer 24 hours after we receive the payment. No cancellations will be accepted after this period.
Please be sure to provide a complete address, especially if you reside in an apartment or townhouse, please be sure to provide the apartment or unit number.
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an improper, incomplete, or invalid address, you will be offered the option of reshipping the package, for a $10 shipping and handling fee.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
The Ice Gods is not responsible for any lost, missing, delayed, or stolen packages. In addition, we cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages that are stated as delivered by the mail carrier, you will have to file a claim with USPS. It is the responsibility of the customer to purchase shipping insurance and/or signature confirmation for their packages through route at checkout for a small fee.
