Shipping Policy

Domestic:

NON-Custom Items:  Processing time after an order is placed is 2-3 business days.  All orders will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase, please be sure to provide a complete and accurate email address.  Tracking details will be provided via email as well after shipping, but please note that it can take the delivery carrier 48 hours to update the status.

 


Custom Items: Custom-designed items will take 2-4 weeks to create and produce. After production, items will be shipped within 24 hours. All orders will receive a tracking number. Tracking details will be provided via email after shipping, please make sure you provide an accurate and complete email address.

Cancellations :

Custom items will be sent to our jewelry designer 24 hours after we receive the payment. No cancellations will be accepted after this period. 

 

Undeliverable Packages:

Please be sure to provide a complete address, especially if you reside in an apartment or townhouse, please be sure to provide the apartment or unit number.

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an improper, incomplete, or invalid address, you will be offered the option of reshipping the package, for a $10 shipping and handling fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

The Ice Gods  is not responsible for any lost, missing, delayed, or stolen packages. In addition, we cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages that are stated as delivered by the mail carrier, you will have to file a claim with USPS. It is the responsibility of the customer to purchase shipping insurance and/or signature confirmation for their packages through route at checkout for a small fee.

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@theicegods1.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom jewelry is NOT eligible for returns as it is made to order and customized to your liking therefore we cannot resell this item or accept a return.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How much will customers pay for return shipping?

No Cost when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way. But when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item in this case customers are responsible for actual cost of return shipping.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
